Katie Culp, president of KSM Location Advisors, will serve as a panelist at ExecConnect’s “Winning the War for Talent.” Taking place June 13 in downtown Indianapolis, this biannual event is designed to serve as a forum for Indiana mid-market CEOs and business owners to network and learn about topics related to growing their businesses from notable keynote speakers.
Recruiting and retaining top talent is becoming increasingly challenging in all industries. As an economic development professional, Culp sees the direct impact this challenge has on Indiana’s ability to attract new business to the state of Indiana. She will share insights on this topic based on her experience at the city of Indianapolis, the Boone County Economic Development Corporation, EmployIndy, and, most recently, a national real estate brokerage firm.
Additionally, Sue Ellspermann, Ivy Tech Community College president and former Lt. Governor, will serve as the event keynote and will share how Indiana companies can address the challenge of recruiting and training employees.
ExecConnect is hosted in partnership with the Butler Business Consulting Group, Barnes & Thornburg, Navidar, National Bank of Indianapolis, Indiana Chamber of Commerce, and Butler University, Lacy School of Business.
