For the ninth year in a row, Urban Land Institute (ULI) Indiana will present the top trends in real estate for the coming year. This year’s event, “Real Estate Trends in Central Indiana: Great Place to Live, Great Place to Invest,” will take place Monday, Nov. 21, at the Columbia Club in downtown Indianapolis.
The program will feature a keynote address by Mitch Roschelle, followed by panel presentations with industry thought leaders who will provide in-depth discussions around making Indiana a great place to live and invest.
Katie Culp, president of KSM Location Advisors, part of the Katz, Sapper & Miller Network, will serve on the panel titled, “Where We Work – Challenges and opportunities in our workforce and the office and industrial sectors.” As the former leader of Cassidy Turley’s (now Cushman & Wakefield) national location advisory and incentives practice, Culp has substantial insight into what makes any state worthy of investment, including the dynamics of its workforce.
