As the director of the property tax practice for KSM Location Advisors, Chad supervises and delivers the full range of property tax services offered by KSM Location Advisors, including personal property tax abatement and compliance, Tax Increment Financing (TIF) analysis, and other property tax consulting. His work includes work in numerous industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, construction, transportation, and real estate.
Chad began his property tax career in 1999, having previously worked in the Hamilton County, Indiana, Assessor’s office as a real property appraisal manager. As part of Chad’s duties, he was responsible for assessing and defending more than 32,000 parcels in Hamilton County.
Chad graduated from University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.
Chad is a state-certified Level III Indiana Assessor-Appraiser, holds an Indiana Tax Representative certificate, and is a certified member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
