Urban Land Institute (ULI) Indiana will present the top trends in real estate for the coming year. This year’s event, “Real Estate Trends 2019: Getting to the Next Level,” will take place Thursday, Jan. 24, at the Indiana State Museum in downtown Indianapolis.

The program will feature a keynote address by Mitch Roschelle, followed by panel presentations with industry thought leaders who will provide in-depth discussions around making Indiana a great place to live and invest.

Katie Culp, president of KSM Location Advisors, will moderate the panel titled, “Working: The Facts and Fiction of Workforce and Real Estate Demand.” As the former leader of Cassidy Turley’s (now Cushman & Wakefield) national location advisory and incentives practice, Culp has substantial insight into what makes any state worthy of investment, including the dynamics of its workforce. Culp will be joined by panelists Richard Cardwell, regional head of Midwest Infosys; John T. Cohoat, director of real estate development at Browning; and Nick Goodwin, chief strategy officer at the Indiana Department of Workforce Development.
