KSM Location Advisors is excited to share some news. Effective Jan. 1, 2021, Katie Culp will assume the primary leadership role of KSM Location Advisors, as Tim Cook is promoted to CEO and president of Katz, Sapper & Miller. Tim was elected to this position by his KSM colleagues.

As Tim assumes his new role leading the entire KSM network, he will bring the same consultative mindset and pragmatic thinking that grew KSM Location Advisors from a team of one person to a 15-person consulting practice. We will continue to enjoy his involvement and support of KSM Location Advisors’ strategy, client service, and business development.

Since 2015, when Katie joined KSM Location Advisors, she and Tim, alongside our team, have negotiated over $850 million in economic development incentives on behalf of our clients. KSM Location Advisors has done work in all 48 contiguous states and our projects account for more than 27,000 new jobs around the country.

KSM Location Advisors is unrivaled in its accumulation of skills in multiple industries – federal, state and local tax, commercial real estate, site selection, economic and workforce development, and incentives compliance and realization strategies. Our professionals hold extensive academic and professional credentials and have more than 125 years of combined experience.

Going forward, Katie and Tim will continue to complement one another as part of the KSM leadership team and will lead the effort to better integrate KSM’s offerings to achieve more for our clients.
