Avery Mozingo is a compliance services associate for KSM Location Advisors. He assists clients by analyzing employment and capital investment data to ensure ongoing compliance with state and local economic development incentive programs. Avery also conducts incentives research across a range of programs to help companies identify and select the incentives that best align with their business structure and growth objectives.
Prior to joining the KSM Location Advisors team, Avery served as a Real Estate Tax Associate within KSM, where he built a strong foundation in tax-related analysis and compliance. His background in accounting and finance supports his ability to evaluate incentive requirements and help clients navigate complex reporting and compliance obligations.
Avery received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Taylor University. He has also completed KSM Academy – Level 1 certification, where he focused on developing his technical (tax and audit) and professional skills.
