INDIANAPOLIS (Sept. 21, 2018) – Mayor Joe Hogsett of Indianapolis and other government officials were joined today by executives from Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE: DRE) and PK Partners, LLC to celebrate the start of construction of Duke Realty’s new corporate headquarters in the River North at Keystone mixed-use development just east of the Fashion Mall.

Located at 8711 River Crossing Boulevard, Duke Realty’s new four-story, 78,000-square-foot building will serve as the national commercial real estate company’s operational base, housing its executive management team and more than 200 local associates who support its development, construction, leasing and property management activities in 20 major logistics markets across the United States. Duke Realty, which was founded in Indianapolis in 1972 and today is the largest pure-play, domestic-focused industrial REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) in the country, will move into its new headquarters in late 2019.

“We are extremely excited that construction of our new headquarters is underway and look forward to all the advantages this facility will bring our associates and our company,” said Jim Connor, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Duke Realty. “In addition to enhanced collaboration, connectivity and efficiency, we’ll benefit from working in an easily accessible, modern, single-tenant building that reflects our business and culture and is surrounded by a robust base of amenities.”
